Moca will be making their Concacaf Champions Cup debut.
Moca have qualified for the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup as winners of the 2023 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Third-Place series. Moca defeated Jamaican club Harbour View 3-2 on aggregate in the Third-Place series to qualify for the Champions Cup. They will begin the tournament in Round One.
Founded in 1971, Moca become the third team from the Dominican Republic to qualify for the Champions Cup, following in the footsteps of Cibao FC (2018) and Atletico Pantoja (2019, 2021).
