Vancouver will make their fourth appearance in the Champions Cup.
Vancouver have qualified for the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup by virtue of winning the 2023 Canadian Championship and will begin the tournament in Round One. The Whitecaps debuted in the 2015-16 edition in which they had a group stage finish. Their best finish came a year later in the 2016-17 tournament when they reached the semifinals before falling to Liga MX side Tigres.
Vancouver’s previous Champions Cup appearance was a season ago in 2023 when they eliminated Real Espana of Honduras in the Round of 16 before exiting the tournament in the quarterfinal stage versus Los Angeles FC. Overall, the Whitecaps have a record of 7W-2D-7L in Champions Cup play, with 23 goals scored and 21 conceded.
