Deportivo Mixco looks to build on its first Central American Cup victory, while Alianza FC aims to bounce back in the final Group C match for both clubs.

GUATEMALA CITY, Guatemala – The 2026 Central American Cup with Deportivo Mixco and Alianza FC facing off in Group C on Thursday at Estadio Manuel Felipe Carrera in Guatemala City, Guatemala.

The hosts will look to build on a 4-1 win against UMECIT FC, which marked their first points of the competition after two losses to open the tournament. A brace by Nicolas Martínez carried the side to the result and made history, making him Deportivo Mixco’s first goal scorer in Central American Cup history.

Alianza FC will enter its fourth match in Group C looking for a bounce back victory, as it saw defeat in its last match against Club Olimpia. Anthony Stewart scored the team’s lone goal in the defeat, bringing the Panamanian club’s total to three goals in this year’s competition.

Alianza carries a 1W-0D-2L record in the tournament as it enters its final Group Stage match.
