Club Olimpia is set to play in the Central American Cup Semifinals

The Honduran club also qualifies for the 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup.

TEGUCIGALPA – The 2026 Concacaf Central American Cup continued with Club Olimpia earning a 3-nil win over L.A. Firpo in the second Leg of their Quarterfinals series at Estadio Nacional Chelato Uclés in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

With a 6-nil final score on aggregate, Club Olimpia secured their ticket to the 2026 Central American Cup Semifinals, and will CS Cartaginés for a chance to advance to the next round.

The Honduran club opened the scoring in the 32’ when Edwin Rodríguez converted from the penalty spot.

Club Olimpia doubled their lead in the 49’ as Kevin Güity blasted a right-footed shot from the middle of the box. The hosts put a stamp on the victory in the 62’ when Rodríguez recorded his brace as he sent a curler right past the keeper.

With this win, Club Olimpia also secured a spot in the 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup.
