Salcedo FC remains unbeaten after scoreless draw with Cavalier FC

KINGSTON, Jamaica – The 2026 Concacaf Caribbean Cup continued with Cavalier FC and Salcedo FC playing to a scoreless draw in Group B at National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica.

It was a hard-fought contest with both sides generating chances. Despite Salcedo controlling the bulk of possession with 65% in its favor, it was the goalkeepers that headlined the match, keeping it scoreless.

With the result, Salcedo FC remains unbeaten with four points in its debut tournament. Cavalier FC, meanwhile, has recorded consecutive scoreless draws.

Salcedo FC will continue its Caribbean Cup campaign against Mount Pleasant FA on September 2. Cavalier FC will face Portmore United in its next encounter on September 3.
