HER STORY
Jazzy is a Panamanian-American born in Brooklyn, NY, who spent the first five years of her childhood in Colón, Panama. Growing up in a big family with five siblings, she developed a love for football at a very young age, watching the Panamanian National Team every chance she got alongside her family. Although she later grew up thousands of miles away in New York City, the traditions and culture of Panama remained deeply rooted within her family and continued to flow through her veins.
When the World Cup qualifiers came around, she flew to Panama with her family to interview players, stand pitchside, and celebrate in the streets as her country made history. By just 16 years old, she had already interviewed icons like Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Kim Kardashian - but nothing compares to the feeling of the World Cup. This is the next chapter of a story she’s been living her entire life: a Panamanian kid who grew up far from home, but never stopped feeling the pull of her flag.
