Cavalier FC, Portmore Utd looking for first win in Group B

Both teams will play to get their first win and set of points in the 2026 Caribbean Cup.

MIAMI – Group B action in the 2026 Concacaf Caribbean Cup continues on Thursday with Cavalier FC welcoming Portmore United at National Stadium in Kingston, Jamaica.

Cavalier FC will kick off this match sitting in third place. The Jamaican side is yet to score in the 2026 Caribbean Cup after have played two games so far in the tournament, both ending in goalless draws.

Although they haven’t found the back of the net, they are still yet to concede a goal, showing how strong their defensive line is performing so far in the Group Stage.

Playing their second match in Group B, and currently holding the fourth position in the table, Portmore United will aim to secure their first win, as they saw defeat in their inaugural match against Salcedo FC after a 1-2 final score.

Javier Brown is the author of the only goal Portmore United has under their name in the competition, with two goals against after their first game.
