Salcedo FC Hosts Mount Pleasant FA

Salcedo FC leads Group B while Mount Pleasant looks up for its first points.

MOCA, Dominican Republic – Group Stage action in the 2026 Concacaf Caribbean Cup continues on Wednesday with Salcedo FC hosting Mount Pleasant FA in Group B at Estadio Moca 85 in Moca, Dominican Republic.

It is the first-ever matchup between these clubs in an official competition.

The home side arrives in search of extending its unbeaten start, after recording a win and a draw. Last time out, Salcedo secured a point in a goalless draw on the road against Cavalier FC in Jamaica.

With a win or a draw, Salcedo would become the second team from the Dominican Republic to remain unbeaten in their first three games in the competition, after Atlético Pantoja in 2023 (3D).

Defending Caribbean Cup champion, Mount Pleasant FA, is set for its second Group Stage fixture after falling 2-1 against Cibao FC in its tournament opener.
