LOS ANGELES, California – Los Angeles FC FW Denis Bouanga earned the Top Scorer Award presented by Qatar Airways after finishing as the leading scorer in the 2023 Scotiabank Concacaf Champions League with seven goals.
The 28-year-old Gabon striker consistently found the back of the net for the Major League Soccer side during the tournament, scoring three goals in the Round of 16, two goals in the Quarterfinals, one goal in the Semifinal round and another goal in the Final.
