WILLEMSTAD, Curacao Moulien of Guadeloupe and Village Superstars of Saint Kitts and Nevis kept their perfect records intact following Sunday’s action at the 2019 Caribbean Club Shield in Curacao.

In Group B, Moulien recorded their second straight clean sheet 1-0 victory of the 2019 Shield, this time topping Real Rincon of Bonaire thanks to a goal from Jeremie Valmy (54’).

Village Superstars of Saint Kitts and Nevis also made a return to the win column in Group C with a 2-1 triumph over Platinum FC of Saint Lucia. Goals from Kimaree Rogers (8’) and Tahir Hanley (18’) offset a solitary score from Gregson Rachid Kasdan President (61’).

Robinhood of Suriname collected its first win in Group D, 4-1 against Dakota of Aruba. Stefano Rijssel was the hero on the day with a hat trick (4’, 55’, 63’), while Gilberto Eind also added a score (75’). Joshua Emilio Gross Santana (12’) was the lone scorer for Dakota.

Host team Jong Holland of Curacao played to its second straight 0-0 draw in Group A in a tough battle with Fruta Conquerors of Guyana, while in the group’s other game Scholars International of Cayman Islands also played to a goalless draw with Santiago de Cuba.
