MIAMI – The 2026 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Group Stage concluded with four teams advancing to the Semifinals.
Throughout the Group Stage, these 11 players stood out the most in their respective positions:
Goalkeeper
Favio Marte, Salcedo FC - The Dominican keeper was stellar in net throughout four matches, recording 17 saves, one clean sheet and conceding just three goals.
Defenders
Alexander Vidal, Salcedo FC - The defender’s 12 tackles and five interceptions were crucial for the Dominican club, which finished undefeated. He also contributed with 216 total passes.
Arles Balanta, Delfines del Este FC - Arles logged 360 minutes, making 219 passes and tallying eight tackles and eight interceptions.
Emelio Rousseau, Portmore United FC - Rousseau played a major role on both sides of the ball, compiling 248 passes and 22 crosses to go along with seven interceptions to help the Jamaican club reach the Semifinals.
Midfielders
Demario Phillips, Mount Pleasant FA - The reigning Caribbean Cup winners continue their title defense thanks to a stellar Group Stage from Phillips. The midfielder was key for the Jamaican club with 166 passes, 13 tackles, and one assist.
Jean Carlos López, Cibao FC - A midfield staple, Lopez finished with a goal, five shots on target and a tournament-leading 287 passes.
Javier Brown, Portmore United FC - The Jamaican was efficient with a pair of goals on two shots on target and also contributed with 12 tackles and nine interceptions.
Forwards
Nickalia Fuller, Mount Pleasant FA - Fuller logged 257 minutes and finished with seven shots on target and two goals to keep Mount Pleasant’s tally going.
Luke Phillip, Club Sando FC - Luke scored the club’s debut goal in Caribbean Cup history, a penalty kick against SV Broki, then added another in a shutout over Defence Force.
Rashaun Small, Portmore United FC - The Jamaican’s two assists, 148 passes and 15 tackles were a key factor for Portmore United.
Elyvens Déjean, Violette AC - Elyvens was a pillar in the attack, racking up two goals and two assists en route to the Semifinals. He is tied with teammate Miche-Naider Chéry as the top scorers in this year’s edition of the tournament.
