What’s at Stake at the W Champions Cup
The road to FIFA’s global stage now runs through the Concacaf W Champions Cup.
MIAMI – Concacaf has confirmed the qualification pathway for its member clubs to reach FIFA-organized global women’s club competitions through the Concacaf W Champions Cup, the region’s premier tournament featuring top clubs from North America, Central America, and the Caribbean.
The pathway
The Concacaf W Champions Cup will remain the sole route for clubs in the region to qualify for FIFA’s global women’s club competitions.
Allocated slots
Concacaf has been allocated 2.5 slots for the quadrennial FIFA Women’s Club World Cup, with the first edition scheduled for 2028.

The winner of the 2025/26 Concacaf W Champions Cup Finals will also qualify to the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup 2027.
