Concacaf President and FIFA Vice President Victor Montagliani chaired the Congress, alongside Concacaf General Secretary Philippe Moggio. The agenda of the Congress included reviewing and approving financial matters.

President Montagliani opened the Congress by reflecting on the Confederation’s continued progress on and off the field, highlighting the successful staging of men’s and women’s national team and club competitions during the first half of the year, as well as a range of development initiatives designed to strengthen football across the region.
