2026 Concacaf Central American Cup Semifinals Schedule Confirmed
First-leg will be played between Oct. 20-22, while second-leg will be played between Oct. 27-29.

Miami, FL – Concacaf has confirmed the 2026 Concacaf Central American Cup Semifinals and Play-In matchups and schedule. Each series’ first-leg matches will be played between Oct. 20-22, while the second-leg matches will be played between Oct. 27-29.
The Quarterfinals concluded on Thursday, with the series determining the four Semifinalists and the clubs advancing to the Play-In round.
By advancing to the Central American Cup Semifinals, Club Olimpia Deportivo, CS Cartaginés, FC Motagua, and LD Alajuelense have qualified for the 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup. The four losing quarterfinalists – Alianza FC, CD Marathón, Deportivo Saprissa, and L.A. Firpo – will compete in the Play-In round for the two remaining 2027 Concacaf Champions Cup berths available through the Central American Cup.
Competition Format
The tournament’s bracket has determined the Semifinal and Play-In matchups, and the highest-ranked club in each matchup, based on the total accumulated points in the competition, will host the return-leg matches. The matchups are listed below:
- SF1: Club Olimpia Deportivo (HON) vs. CS Cartaginés (CRC)
- SF2: LD Alajuelense (CRC) vs. FC Motagua (HON)
- PI1: Deportivo Saprissa (CRC) vs. L.A. Firpo (SLV)
- PI2: Alianza FC (SLV) vs. CD Marathón (HON)
