Mount Pleasant FA clinches CFU Club Shield title

Mount Pleasant FA defeated Delfines del Este FC to secure the CFU Club Shield title for the first time.

MIAMI – The 2026 CFU Club Shield concluded on Sunday with Mount Pleasant FA earning a 1-0 win over Delfines del Este FC in the Final on Sunday at Ato Boldon Stadium in Couva, Trinidad and Tobago.

Shaquille Bradford scored the winner in the 51’ for the Jamaican side, showing quick reflexes to capitalize on a rebound inside the penalty area and strike from close range.

With the result, Mount Pleasant FA lifted its first CFU Club Shield title and will now prepare to defend its Concacaf Caribbean Cup crown in the 2026 edition of the tournament.
