UPDATED: 2019 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League Qualified Clubs
Monday, January 8, 2017 - U.S. Soccer has submitted to CONCACAF language clarifying the procedures previously submitted for qualification of the U.S.-based clubs for the 2019 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League. Per the clarification, the position designated to the 2017 MLS Cup champion will be awarded to the U.S.-based team not already qualified with the highest aggregate point total at the end of the 2017 and 2018 regular seasons combined. As such, the team awarded the berth will be determined at the end of the 2018 MLS regular season. This language will be updated in the relevant sections of the qualification guidelines, submitted by Member Associations, for the 2019 Scotiabank CONCACAF Champions League. Below are the latest qualified clubs for the 2019 CONCACAF Champions League, as well as the qualification route for slots remaining open at this time.
