WILLEMSTAD, Curaçao – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Qualifiers continued with Aruba earning a 6-1 win over Curaçao in Group E on Monday at Stadion Rignaal “Jean” Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao.
Tarianna Doornkamp opened the scoring for Aruba in the 6’, capitalizing on a through ball from Adannayah Breinburg and slotting the ball away at the bottom-left corner from the right end of the box.
Soraya Verhoeve doubled Aruba’s advantage with a free kick to the bottom-left corner in the 43’.
Amazia Burnet got Curaçao on the board in the 52’, taking advantage of a defensive mistake following a through ball from Shi-Jona Martina.
Doornkamp converted a penalty in the 54’ to restore Aruba’s two-goal lead.
Aisse Gumbs added another for Aruba in the 67’, with a notable control and finish from the right side of the box. Verhoeve provided the assist with a long ball over the top.
Breinburg extended the lead in the 80’, and Jennifer Henao struck from close-range in the 90’+4’ to round out the result for the visitors.
The win sees Aruba close out its participation in the W Qualifiers with six points and a 2-0-2 record in Group E. Curaçao will visit Saint Kitts and Nevis for its fourth and final match on April 17.
