Dominican Republic earn last-minute victory in Women’s U-20 Qualifiers
MIAMI – The 2025 Concacaf Women’s U-20 Qualifiers continued on Sunday as 24 nations continue their quests towards the Concacaf Women’s U-20 Championship and FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. Groups A, C, and E gave fans great performances on matchday four. J'eleisha Alexander led the way in attack with four goals on the day. Se-Hanna Mars, and Shaday Mow shined with hat-tricks, while Nehemie Sainvilus, Analia Arosemena, Nathalie Bello, Jeneva Hernandez Gray, and Ella Kettles earned braces. The six group winners will advance to the CU20 Championship, which will determine the four Concacaf representatives for the 2026 FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup. ## Group A Belize 0, Haiti 4 Haiti won 4-nil against Belize in Group A at the ABFA Technical Center in Saint John's, Antigua and Barbuda. Brianna Crevecoeur got the opening goal for Haiti in the 22’. Nehemie Sainvilus doubled the lead for Les Grenadières in the 25’, and Pierreline Nazon extended the advantage in the 57’. Sainvilus got her brace and, fourth for Haiti in the 59’, as the Caribbeans earned their second straight win. Antigua and Barbuda 0, Guyana 5 Guyana won 5-nil against Antigua and Barbuda in Group A at the ABFA Technical Center in Saint John's, Antigua and Barbuda. Se-Hanna Mars converted from the penalty spot in the 21’ to place Guyana in the lead. Mars kept pushing and earned a second goal for Guyana in the 63’ with a shot from outside the area. Mars sealed a hat-trick in 68’, to further the lead for Guyana. Liyah Menilek capitalized on a loose ball in the box to add her name on the scoresheet in the 78’. An own goal by Karmiellia Hughes in the 85’ added the fifth goal in favor of Guyana.
