COMMERCE CITY, Colorado – Trinidad & Tobago head coach Dennis Lawrence announced Sunday his 24-man roster for a World Cup qualifier against the host United States on June 8 at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park.

The squad is highlighted by forward Kenwyne Jones and midfielder Joevin Jones, who share the team lead in scoring for Russia 2018 with three goals each.

“Now we are under a week away from the match and we should have the full squad together from later this evening and tomorrow we will begin the final leg of preparations,” said head coach Dennis Lawrence, whose side has been training in Colorado since May 24.  “We are heading into it in a positive frame of mind and ready to focus all our energies into ensuring we prepare as best as possible for what is ahead of us.”

Dutch-based winger Levi Garcia, Willis Plaza, Akeem Roach and Jomal Williams will all miss out due to injuries.

After four games in the final round of CONCACAF qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup, T&T sits last in the six-team table with five points, only two behind third-place Panama.
