MIAMI – It was announced Saturday that all three matches on the last day of 2014 FIFA World Cup Qualifying in CONCACAF will kick-off simultaneously.  The host teams agreed that the October 15 fixtures will start at 9:00 p.m. ET, since each of the encounters is expected to have bearing on qualification and the final table.

The schedule, with kick-off times (local times in parentheses), is as follows:

October 15, 2013 (home team listed first)

Panama v United States, 9:00 p.m. ET (8:00 p.m.)

Jamaica v Honduras, 9:00 p.m. ET (8:00 p.m.)

Costa Rica v Mexico, 9:00 p.m. ET (7:00 p.m.)

CONCACAF is allotted 3.5 spots at Brazil 2014.   The United States (16 points) and Costa Rica (15 points) have already secured two of the automatic berths, while Honduras (11 points) sits alone in third for the last automatic place.

The fourth-placed side will enter into an Intercontinental Playoff against New Zealand.  Panama and Mexico are currently level in that position on eight points, but the Central Americans hold the advantage on the most goals scored tiebreaker.

Last-place Jamaica (4 points) remains in contention thanks to a 1-1 draw against the Costa Ricans on Tuesday.
