WILLEMSTAD, Curacao – Guadeloupe have punched their ticket to the 2020 Concacaf Men’s Under-20 Championship thanks to a 1-0 win over Curacao on Saturday at the Ergilio Hato Stadium in Willemstad, Curacao.
It was a tight, intense match between the two with a CU20 spot up for grabs, but Kenjy Montantin would settle matters in the 58’ with a goal to earns Les Gwada Boys a first-place finish in Group C.
In the group’s other game on the day, four different players found the back of the net for Belize, who downed Saint Martin 4-0.
Wilfredo Galvez (21’), Alwin Zelaya (68’), Jesse August (76’) and Ian Pou (90’) handled the scoring duties for Belize.
