Despite a 4-2 win over Aruba (3-0-2, 9 points), the host Cayman Islands (4-0-1, 12 points) was eliminated from the CONCACAF Under-15 Championship. Playing in front of a supportive home crowd, the Caymanians kicked off at the same time as eventual Group A winner Bermuda, needing to win and hoping the Bermudians would fall against last-place Sint Maarten.  The outstanding Leighton Thomas Jr. scored three goals in a winning effort, taking his haul to 12 goals in five games.  He struck twice in the opening nine minutes and added another in the 52nd minute.  Aruba’s Denrick Lopez scored one minute into first-half stoppage to make it 2-1 at the break.  Ryan Jackson restored Cayman’s two-goal advantage in the 44th minute, only for Jean-Pierre Van Der Linden to draw Aruba back within one two minutes later.  The Cayman Islands had lost to Bermuda 3-0 on Day Four, a result that proved to be the difference between the teams.

In one of the most dramatic finishes of the CONCACAF Under-15 Championship, two injury-time goals ensured that the Bahamas (1-1-3, 4 points) and the US Virgin Islands (1-1-3, 4 points) played to an entertaining 2-2 draw.  With the score level at 1-1, Omri Williams looked to have sealed a win for the Bahamas with a strike one minute into stoppage time.  Only seconds later, Dante Nicholas quelled the celebration with his first goal of the competition to complete the scoreline.  After losing its opening three games, the USVI concluded its tournament participation with a win and tie in its last two.
