Miami, FL - The 2026 Concacaf W Champions Cup Finals, the centralized event that will crown the champion of the second edition of the tournament, is set to kick off this Wednesday, May 20.

Participating Clubs

Mexico’s CF Pachuca Femenil and Club América Femenil will be joined by defending champions NJ/NY Gotham FC and fellow NWSL side Washington Spirit at the 2026 Concacaf W Champions Cup Finals. Pachuca will look to capitalize on home-field advantage in pursuit of a first regional title, while Gotham aims to maintain its status as the competition’s only champion. Washington Spirit advanced to the Finals after finishing atop Group B, while Club América secured their place by topping Group A.

Host Venue

The 2026 Concacaf W Champions Cup Finals will take place at Estadio Hidalgo in Pachuca, Mexico, home of CF Pachuca Femenil. The stadium, which previously hosted the 2024 Concacaf Champions Cup Final, will stage the Semifinals, Third Place Match, and Final for the first time in the competition’s history.

FIFA Qualification Pathway

The Concacaf W Champions Cup remains the sole pathway for clubs in the region to qualify for FIFA-organized global women’s club competitions. Concacaf has been allocated 2.5 slots for the quadrennial FIFA Women’s Club World Cup, with the first edition scheduled for 2028. These berths will be distributed among the winners of the 2024/25 (NJ/NY Gotham FC), 2025/26, and 2027 editions of the Concacaf W Champions Cup. The winner of the upcoming 2026 Concacaf W Champions Cup Finals will also qualify to the FIFA Women’s Champions Cup 2027.
