Pachuca and Spirit for the W Champions Cup Final

Both sides will be aiming to reach the Final for the first time in the competition’s history.

MIAMI – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Champions Cup Finals continue with CF Pachuca Femenil hosting the Washington Spirit in the Semifinals on Wednesday at Estadio Hidalgo in Pachuca, Hidalgo, Mexico.

Both sides will be aiming to reach the Final for the first time in the competition’s history.

The Washington Spirit enters the matchup in strong form, seeking to become the third team in tournament history to win five consecutive matches without defeat (3-1-0). History could also be made by Claudia Martinez, who could become the first player under 19 years old to score in a W Champions Cup knockout stage match.

Pachuca is still in pursuit of its first win against U.S. opposition in the W Champions Cup. Esthefanny Barreras leads all active players with 11 saves, the most of any goalkeeper from teams competing in the Semifinals.

The winner of Wednesday’s encounter will advance to the Final on Saturday. The losing side will move on to the Third Place Match on the same day.
