Canada, Honduras Set for Group C Test
Canada enters from a winning start as Honduras looks to bounce back in Group C.
PUEBLA, Mexico – The 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship continues with Canada taking on Honduras on Wednesday in Group C at Estadio Universitario BUAP in Puebla, Mexico.
The match will mark the 13th meeting between the two nations in Concacaf U-20 Championship history. Honduras leads the series with a 7-1-4 record, with the latest encounter ending in a 2-2 draw during the Group Stage of the 2024 edition.
Canada is atop Group C after winning its opening match against Panama thanks to a brace from Emrick Fotsing.
Honduras is looking for a bounce-back performance after conceding a stoppage-time winner and falling to Jamaica 2-1 their encounter. Victor Salazar was the lone scorer for Los Catrachos.
