Antigua and Barbuda, Guatemala seek first points

PUEBLA, Mexico – The 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship continues on Monday with Antigua and Barbuda taking on Guatemala in Group B at Estadio Cuauhtémoc in Puebla, Mexico.

The match will mark the first meeting between the two nations in Concacaf U-20 Championship history. Both sides will be seeking their first points of the tournament.

Guatemala opened its campaign with a 1-nil defeat to Costa Rica. Los Chapines will be without defender Emir Ponciano, who was shown a red card in the 33rd minute of the tournament opener.

Antigua and Barbuda will also be looking to bounce back after a 3-nil loss to defending champions Mexico. The Benna Boys will seek their first points after a historic qualifying campaign in which they won all four of their qualifying matches, marking the first perfect qualifying campaign in the nation's history.
