2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship Rosters Confirmed
- The 12 participating Concacaf Member Associations have submitted their 21-player rosters

Miami, FL – From July 24 to August 9, 2026, 12 teams will compete in the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship in Puebla and Mexico City, Mexico, battling for the regional title and qualification to the FIFA U-20 World Cup 2027 and the 2028 Summer Olympics. Ahead of the start of the tournament, the participating Concacaf Member Associations have submitted their 21-player rosters.
The rosters have been selected and submitted by each Member Association and are published as such. To be eligible to participate in the competition, all players must fully comply with the criteria stipulated in the applicable FIFA player eligibility regulations.
Changes to the final rosters will be allowed in the event of serious injury or approved medical reasons up to 24 hours before each team´s first match. All changes must be approved by Concacaf, and the replacement player must also come from each team’s provisional lists.

The competition will kick off with a Group Stage featuring three groups of four teams each running from July 24 to August 1. Group Stage matches will be played at Estadio Universitario BUAP and Estadio Cuauhtémoc in Puebla, Mexico. Following the conclusion of the Group Stage, the two top teams from each group and the two best third-place finishers will advance to the Knockout Stage.
The eight-team Knockout Stage will commence with the Quarterfinals on August 4 and 5 in Puebla before the tournament moves to Mexico City for its final rounds. The Semifinals will be played on August 7 and the Final on Sunday, August 9, with both matches taking place at Estadio Banorte.
The tournament will serve as the qualifying competition for the FIFA U-20 World Cup 2027 and the 2028 Summer Olympics Men’s Football Tournament. The four teams that reach the semifinals of the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship will qualify for next year’s FIFA U-20 World Cup in Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan, while the tournament winner will also qualify for the 2028 Summer Olympics. Should the United States—already qualified as host of the Olympics—win the regional competition, the Olympic berth will be awarded to the runner-up.
In the previous edition of the Concacaf U-20 Championship, also played in Mexico in 2024, Mexico won the title by defeating the United States 2-1 in the Final. The complete match schedule for the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship is available here.
