The Honduran club holds a 3-nil advantage in the Quarterfinal series.

MIAMI – The 2026 Concacaf Central American Cup continues with Club Olimpia hosting L.A. Firpo on Thursday for the second leg of their Quarterfinals series at Estadio Nacional Chelato Uclés in Tegucigalpa, Honduras.

Club Olimpia is coming off a 3-nil win on the road in the first leg. The Honduran club holds a five-win streak in the 2026 edition, looking to add a six not only to secure a spot in the next round, but to also equal LD Alajuelense’s tournament record of six consecutive wins set in 2023.

Los Albos will be looking to advance to the Semifinals of the 2026 CAC edition for the second straight year after ousting CS Cartaginés in the last year’s Quarterfinals.

L.A. Firpo is seeking to become the first team from El Salvador to win a Central American Cup knockout stage match, having a current record of 2 draws and 4 losses.

The Salvadoran club have made 13 direct attacks in this year’s tournament, the most of any in the competition, but they have only scored one goal so far from this type of attack.
