FRISCO, Texas – Crystal Dunn and Allie Long scored two goals each and the United States women's national team earned a 4-0 win over visiting Russia on Thursday night in front of a capacity crowd of 15,191 at Toyota Stadium.

The victory snapped a two-match losing streak for the Americans, improving their record in 2017 to 2W-0D-2L.

After a quick start, the U.S. took a 1-0 lead in the 10th minute, when Dunn finished into the lower-right corner off a pass into the left side of the box by Carli Lloyd.

Eight minutes later, Long doubled the advantage, heading in Rose Lavelle’s corner kick.

Dunn made it 3-0 in the 41st minute, while Long punctuated the scoreline with another header 70th minute – off Mallory Pugh’s left-sided cross -- to record her second multi-goal game for the USA.  Coincidentally, her first came exactly a year ago to the day against Colombia.

The U.S. and Russia will meet again on Sunday at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston.
