MIAMI, Florida – Next Tuesday, August 30, the 2022 Concacaf Men’s Under-17 Championship Qualifiers will kick off in which 22 teams will be hoping to land one of the four coveted places in the 2023 Concacaf Men’s Under-17 Championship.
The 22 teams were split among four groups following the results of last June’s Draw.
Group A: Bermuda, Guyana, Bahamas, Bonaire, Saint Martin, British Virgin Islands
Group B: Saint Lucia, Puerto Rico, Aruba, Martinique, Anguilla, US Virgin Islands
Group C: Dominican Republic, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Cayman Islands, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica
Group D: Nicaragua, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Belize, Turks and Caicos Islands
The CMU17Q will consist of a round robin group stage played August 30-September 8, with the four group winners advancing to the 2023 CMU17 Championship where they will join the top 16 ranked nations that have been seeded directly into the group stage.
Bahamas, Bonaire, Saint Martin, British Virgin Islands, Anguilla, US Virgin Islands, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Dominica, Antigua and Barbuda, Grenada, Belize and Turks and Caicos Islands are among the nations seeking their first ever CMU17 Championship appearance.
