CHICAGO -- The United States will face Russia for a second time in a span of four days when the sides square off in Atlanta for a women’s international friendly game at the Georgia Dome on February 12.

The match will be the Americans’ third in a 13-day period.  They open the stretch against Canada on January 31, at Toyota Stadium in Frisco, Texas, before traveling to Boca Raton for the first match with the Russians.

The U.S. has not faced Russia, a team against which it has never lost (5-1-0), in more than a decade.  In their last encounter on September 29, 2002, the CONCACAF power won 5-1 in Uniondale, New York.

NOTES: The U.S. will be playing it first-ever game in the city of Atlanta … the U.S. is 10-0-0 all-time in matches played under a roof.
