ST. GEORGE’S, Grenada – Carlos Small and Ronaldo Dinolis scored two goals each as Panama earned a 5-0 win over host Grenada in an international friendly Tuesday at Kirani James Athletics Stadium.

Head coach Hernan Dario Gomez’s side -- comprised completely of players from the Liga Panameña de Fútbol – played its first game since October 17, when it defeated Costa Rica, 2-1, to qualify for the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

GOALS

12’: Carlos Small, who scored four goals in the 2017 Scotiabank CONCACAF League for Arabe Unido, ran through the Grenadian central defense to first-time a through ball with his left foot from 11-yards out.

21’: Alfredo Stephens glanced a header off the right post and into the net off a nicely conceived corner from the left.

32’: In a play that started with Panama dispossessing a Grenadian defender, Carlos Small ultimately tapped home from the top of the six-yard box.

54’: Sporting San Miguelito’s Ronaldo Dinolis, the 2017 Panamanian Apertura’s top scorer with 10 goals, used his left to place a shot from 14 yards inside the post.

68’: Ronaldo Dinolis slotted in calmly with his right foot from eight-yards.

NEXT UP: Panama is scheduled to face Iran on November 9, 2017, in Graz, Austria, and will visit Wales five days later.
