Miami, FL  – Quarterfinal action of the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup kicked off at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, with four teams competing for a coveted spot in the tournament’s Semifinals. 

In the day’s first matchup, Honduras earned a dramatic 5-4 penalty shootout win over Panama (1-1 in regulation), while Mexico followed with a 2-0 win against Saudi Arabia, securing their places in the next round. Mexico and Honduras will now face off in a highly anticipated Semifinal on Tuesday, July 2, at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA.

Quarterfinal play continues tomorrow, Sunday, June 29, with an exciting doubleheader at U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis, MN. Canada will face Guatemala at 4:00 p.m. ET (3:00 p.m. local time), followed by a highly anticipated clash between the United States and Costa Rica at 7:00 p.m. ET (6:00 p.m. local time). 

The winners of the Quarterfinals in Minneapolis will advance to the July 2 Semifinal at Energizer Park in St. Louis, MO, where they’ll battle for an opportunity to meet Mexico or Honduras in the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup Final at NRG Stadium.  

The 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup Semifinal matchups are determined based on the tournament’s Quarterfinal results and regulations (bracket available here and below). The schedule for the semifinals is as follows, with kick-off times listed in Eastern Time (Local Time).

The 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup Final, where the region’s best national team will be crowned, is set for Sunday, July 6, at NRG Stadium in Houston, TX. This historic match will mark the first time the Gold Cup Final is hosted in the state of Texas. Listed in Eastern Time (Local Time).
