KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Jamaica head coach Theodore Whitmore announced Monday an 18-man roster for an international friendly on August 24 against host Trinidad & Tobago at Hasely Crawford Stadium.
The side features four players who saw action for the Reggae Boyz as they finished as runner-up to the United States in July’s CONCACAF Gold Cup: defender Ladale Ritchie, as well as Portmore United midfielders Michael Binns, Ewan Grandison and Ricardo Morris. Two others – forward Shamar Nicholson and defender Rosario Harriott – did not appear in any games.
Also meriting selection was midfielder Kaheem Parris, who scored two goals in three games for Jamaica in the 2017 CONCACAF Under-17 Championship.
The Jamaicans will open a training camp on August 16.
