Although a back injury kept her off the field for much of 2017, Tobin Heath is looking to go one better than her runner-up finish as the 2016 CONCACAF Female Player of the Year.  The 29-year-old scored one goal and registered one assist in four games for Portland Thorns FC during their run to the 2017 National Women’s Soccer League title.  She also appeared in four games for the United States in 2017 (0 goals, 0 assists).
