Gorré, Isidor, Bacuna headline Nations League A Best XI
The top performers from across League A Group Stage.
MIAMI – The 2026/2027 Concacaf Nations League League A came to a close after a thrilling Group Stage phase, with Curaçao, Guatemala, Haiti and Jamaica advancing to the Quarterfinals.
Here are the eleven players that stood up throughout the Group Stage:
Goalkeeper
Alexandre Pierre, Haiti – The goalkeeper was a key element for Haiti to reach the 2026/2027 CNL Quarterfinals, starting in three of four games in Group A, completing 270 minutes played, managing to get 15 saves to help Les Grenadiers get 3W-0D-1L.
Defenders
Ronaldo Webster, Jamaica – A pillar in the Jamaican defensive line in the four games played in the Group Stage, Webster delivered a stellar performance for the Reggae Boyz with five interceptions and 17 tackles.
Luis Vega, Honduras – Vega was able to step up for Honduras in three games played, delivering one assist in their 2026/2027 CNL Group B journey.
Aaron Herrera, Guatemala – Guatemala stunted the entire region by clinching a Quarterfinal spot in the last minutes of the Group Stage, with Herrera being one of the protagonists for Los Chapines, delivering one assist and 10 tackles in four games played.
Midfielders
Danley Jean Jacques, Haiti – Jean Jacques was one of the major players for the Caribbeans in their four Group Stage games, getting an assist and completing 167 passes in 354 minutes.
Leandro Bacuna, Curaçao – The older of the Bacuna brothers showed his strengths for Curaçao, holding the midfield for 315 minutes played, in which he managed to score one goal for The Blue Wave.
Juninho Bacuna, Curaçao – Delivering two goals and three assists in four games played, the younger of the Bacuna brothers proved his dominance and control in midfield for Curaçao.
Heinz Mörschel, Dominican Republic – Mörschel showed a standout performance in the midfield through four games, netting three goals and completing 320 minutes of play time.
Forwards
Kenji Gorré, Curaçao – Gorré was one of the most important names for Curaçao in this Group Stage phase, delivering four goals in four games played, he was key for the Blue Wave to take the top spot in Group A’s table.
Wilson Isidor, Haiti – With three goals and two assists, Isidor was a key piece for Haiti in 341 minutes, helping his team reach the next stage of the competition.
Jehú Fajardo, Guatemala – The historical qualification for Guatemala to the CNL Quarterfinals has Fajardo as one of the main pieces, as the forward delivered three goals and one assist for Los Chapines, playing all four games of this stage.
