League B kicked off with matches corresponding to Group A, with Guyana defeating Puerto Rico and the Cayman Islands and Dominica playing out a goalless draw.

Group A opened with Guyana earning a 1-nil victory against Puerto Rico at Windsor Park Stadium in Roseau, Dominica.
After a scoreless first half, the only goal of the match came in the 78’ through a penalty converted by Osaze De Rosario, who secured Guyana the win and their first set of points.
Cayman Islands 0, Dominica 0
A historic milestone was set in the Concacaf Nations League when Cayman Islands and Dominica faced each other to a goalless draw, marking the 500th match in the tournament’s history.
The match at Windsor Park Stadium in Roseau, Dominica presented an even encounter, with the sides ultimately inseparable and playing out a draw.
