BRIDGETOWN, Barbados – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Qualifiers continued with Trinidad and Tobago defeating Barbados 5-nil in Group F on Monday at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados.

Kennya Cordner found the back of the net from close range in the 12’ for Trinidad and Tobago to pull ahead. 

Kédie Johnson extended the lead for the Soca Warriors in the 77’ with a spectacular long-range strike. 

Ariana Borneo added a third for Trinidad and Tobago in the 82’ with a hit from outside the box, and Aaliyah Prince furthered the lead in the 83’ with a finish to the bottom-right corner on a fast break.

Lorall Romain rounded out the result for the visitors in the 90’+5’, with a right-footed strike to the bottom-left corner on a free kick opportunity.

The victory places Trinidad and Tobago at the top of Group F with three points. 

The two nations will continue the W Qualifiers next year, when Barbados takes on El Salvador at the end of February and Trinidad and Tobago meets Honduras during the March fixtures.
