GROS ISLET, Saint Lucia – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Qualifiers continued as Jamaica earned an 18-nil victory over Dominica in Group B on Saturday at Daren Sammy Cricket Stadium in Gros Islet, Saint Lucia.
With the result, Jamaica recorded its largest victory in its national team history.
Konya Plummer opened the scoring in the 2’. Captain Khadija Shaw doubled her team’s lead in the 4’ with a right-footed shot in the area.
Kiki Van Zanten added the third Jamaica goal in the 6’, with Brown securing a fourth in the 9’. Atlanta Primus kept the tally going for the Reggae Girlz in the 11’.
Van Zanten collected her brace in the 21’ with a right-footed shot. An own goal by Rosalinda Paul in the 26’ meant the seventh goal for Jamaica.
Brown and Shaw also collected their second of the encounter in the 36’ and 39’, respectively. Shaw secured her hat-trick in the 43’.
Deneisha Blackwood continued the scoring in the second half with a left-footed shot in the 51’. Shaneil Buckley joined the scoresheet in the 80’.
Brown struck again in the 82’. Natasha Thomas penned her name in the scorers list in the 86’, and collected her brace in the 88’.
Blackwood got her second of the match in the 89’. Shania Hayles opened her account in the 90’+1’. Buckley closed the scoring in the 90’+2’ to seal her brace.
