PARAMARIBO, Suriname – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Qualifiers continued with Haiti earning a 2-nil win over Suriname in Group D at Dr. Ir. Franklin Essed Stadion in Paramaribo, Suriname.

After a scoreless first half, Haiti finally found the opening goal in the 68’ through Roseline Éloissaint.

Haiti doubled its lead in the 89’ as Melchie Dumornay converted a penalty kick following a foul from Naomi Piqué in the area.

The two nations will finish their participation in the W Qualifiers during the April Qualifying window. Haiti faces Anguilla in its next encounter, before concluding against the Dominican Republic. Suriname will meet Belize in its final match of its campaign.
