MIAMI, Florida – League C of the Road to W Gold Cup continues on Thursday with a trio of matches.

Anguilla vs. Cayman Islands

Beginning the day, it will be a Group D affair between Cayman Islands and Anguilla at the Raymond E. Guishard Stadium in The Valley, Anguilla.

Cayman Islands are back in Concacaf competition for the first time since 2022 Concacaf W Championship Qualification during which they finished in fourth-place in their five-team group.

Cayman Islands earned a 2-0 win over Grenada in April 2022 thanks to goals from Neesah Godet and Shayana Windsor, and no doubt those two players will want to return to their goalscoring ways.

Anguilla were unable to find the back of the net in their 2022 CWC Qualification campaign, so they will be keen to make sure it is a different story this time around, begging at home on Thursday.

Belize vs. Aruba

The action shifts to Group A for the next two matches, starting with Belize taking on Aruba at the FFB Stadium in Belmopan, Belize.

Belize were very competitive in 2022 Concacaf W Championship Qualification, earning four points with a win and a draw in a third-place finish in their group. Jayda Brown with two goals was the star performer for the Central American side.

These two sides actually met during that 2022 CWC Qualification process, as they battled to a 1-1 draw. Vanessa Susanna scored twice for Aruba in CWC Qualifying and will be one to watch.

Bonaire vs. Turks and Caicos Islands

The day then closes with the second Group A game of the day, as Bonaire host Turks and Caicos Islands at the Stadion Antonio Trenidat in Rincon, Bonaire.

Turks and Caicos Islands will look to improve from their performance in 2022 CWC Qualification during which Kadine Delphin scored the team’s lone goal, while Bonaire will be competing in their first ever women’s senior national team matches.
