MIAMI – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Champions Cup continues with Vancouver Rise FC Academy and Alianza Women FC in Group B on Thursday at Willoughby Stadium in Langley, Vancouver, Canada.
Both teams will look to leave the competition with a win. Each arrives with zero points, with Rise Academy fourth and Alianza fifth in the group.
Rise Academy secured the first ever goal by a professional Canadian team in the WCC when it met defending champions Gotham FC in September. Anna Bout was the author of the historic goal.
Alianza Women FC has shown resilience, growing each time the club stepped on the pitch. One of the pillars of the team is goalkeeper Samantha Valadez, who has the most saves in the Group Stage, with 22 in three matches.
