MIAMI – The 2024/25 Concacaf W Champions Cup is in the history books following NJ/NY Gotham FC’s 1-nil win over Tigres UANL Femenil in the Final on Saturday at Estadio Universitario in San Nicolás de los Garza, Nuevo León, Mexico.
The inaugural champions led the way with top performances throughout the tournament, including the following players who earned individual distinctions.
Best Player Award, presented by Scotiabank: Esther González
Gotham FC forward Esther González is the recipient of the Best Player Award, presented by Scotiabank, for being the standout star of the tournament.
The FIFA Women’s World Cup winner shined in her first Concacaf W tournament with Gotham FC, with no moment more important than her match-winning goal in the Final.

Best Goalkeeper Award: Itzel González
Tigres UANL Femenil goalkeeper Itzel González took the honors of the Best Goalkeeper Award. The Mexican shot stopper delivered six saves in the Final and 13 throughout the competition, ranking fourth overall and first among the players that advanced to the final phase.

Top Goal Scorer Award, presented by Aramco: Ana Dias
Tigres UANL Femenil forward Ana Dias took the Top Goal Scorer Award, presented by Aramco. The Portuguese player scored four times in the group stage, including a brace in the 4-4 thriller at NJ/NY Gotham FC, to help her club to the Finals and a runners-up finish.
