MIAMI – The 2025/26 Concacaf W Champions Cup kicks off with a first-time encounter between Alianza Women FC and Washington Spirit in Group B on Tuesday at Estadio Las Delicias in Santa Tecla, El Salvador.
Alianza Women played in the inaugural edition as part of the Play-In match and will debut in the Group Stage. Linda Guillen and Captain Raquel Ramírez will take the field in search of continuing to push Central American women’s football to new milestones.
Washington Spirit will be making its debut in the competition, qualifying as the runners-up of the 2024 NWSL season. The Spirit will look to make an instant impact with Olympic Gold medalists among its ranks in Trinity Rodman, Casey Krueger, and Croix Bethune.
