CF Monterrey will make its second consecutive appearance in the Concacaf W Champions Cup after winning the 2024 Apertura title—its fourth Liga MX championship in club history. Among the standout players is Mexican striker Christina Burkenroad (17 goals), who led the team in scoring in each of the last two Liga MX Femenil tournaments, including their latest title run. Spanish forward Lucía García was the club’s top scorer in their Concacaf W Champions Cup debut, netting three goals.
