Concacaf President and FIFA Vice President Victor Montagliani has congratulated the Haiti women’s national team on their successful qualification to this summer’s FIFA Women’s World Cup, following their 2-1 victory over Chile in the FIFA Intercontinental Playoffs.

“On behalf of the entire Concacaf football family, I congratulate the Haiti women’s national team for this huge achievement. We witnessed last summer in our own W Championship the talent they have in their team, and the heart they display in their performances. They will now have the chance to showcase that at the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 Australia and New Zealand and I look forward with great anticipation to seeing them compete on the global stage, alongside all of the Concacaf teams".

The Concacaf women's national teams qualified for the FIFA Women's World Cup 2023 include: Canada, Costa Rica, Haiti, Jamaica, USA.

Panama will face off with Paraguay in the final FIFA Intercontinental Playoff match on Wednesday, February 22.
