MIAMI — League C action in the 2024/25 Concacaf Nations League continues on Saturday, with three encounters across each group.
History was made during Wednesday’s matchday, as Elijah Seymour scored the 1,000th goal in CNL history to lead the Cayman Islands over the British Virgin Islands. The Cayman Islands will seek to make it two straight victories when they meet Saint Kitts and Nevis.

Three first-time encounters will occur as part of Saturday’s lineup, including the Turks and Caicos Islands against Belize and the Bahamas against Barbados.
Turks and Caicos Islands vs. Belize
Turks and Caicos Islands host Belize as Group B continues at TCIFA National Stadium in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands. The two will face each other for the first time in the Concacaf Nations League.
The hosts are coming off a 2-nil loss to Anguilla and seek to end a five-match losing streak in the CNL. Billy Forbes, the captain of TCA, is the nation’s all-time leader in the CNL with 10 goals and three assists in 14 appearances.
Belize will make its first appearance in the 2024/25 edition. Jordy Polanco, who scored goals in the last two CNL editions, co-leads the nation all-time with two goals in the competition.
Anguilla currently leads the group with three points. A winner between the Turks and Caicos Islands and Belize would not only keep pace but could take the top of Group B on goal difference.
The nations met previously in the first round of Group E of the Concacaf qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, where Belize won 5-nil with a brace from Carlos Bernárdez and goals from Jesse August, Deshawon Nembhard, and Deon McCauley on March 30, 2021, at Panamericano Stadium in San Cristóbal, Dominican Republic.
Bahamas vs. Barbados
The Bahamas face Barbados in Group A at the Bethlehem Soccer Complex in Christiansted, U.S. Virgin Islands. This will also mark a first-time encounter in the Concacaf Nations League.
The first time they met was in Group A of the Caribbean zone in the qualifiers for the 2007 Concacaf Gold Cup in a 2-1 victory for Barbados with goals by Norman Forde, Kenroy Skinner, and Nesley Jean on November 19, 2006, at the Waterford National Stadium in Barbados.
The Bahamas are coming off a 3-3 draw with the U.S. Virgin Islands to open the group. Lesly St Fleur, Wood Julmis, and Brandon Adderley struck the goals for The Baha Boyz before the U.S.V.I. rallied to split the points.
Barbados will make its debut in the 2024/25 edition seeking to take the top of the group with a victory. Thierry Gale is the nation’s all-time leader in goals in the CNL with six.
Cayman Islands vs. Saint Kitts and Nevis
The Cayman Islands meet Saint Kitts and Nevis in Group C at the Truman Bodden Complex in George Town, Cayman Islands. They will face each other for the first time in the Concacaf Nations League and the second time in history.
Elijah Seymour scored the lone goal of the match to lead the Cayman Islands to victory over the British V.I. on Wednesday. The nation seeks to extend its lead atop the group, and inch closer to promotion, with a second victory.

Saint Kitts and Nevis will begin its campaign looking to overtake the Cayman Islands for the top spot. Tiquanny Williams is the nation’s all-time scorer in the competition, scoring five goals in seven appearances.
The only other meeting between the two was a 1-1 draw in Group 4 of the First Round of the Caribbean Cup on May 12, 1991, at Warner Park in Basseterre, Saint Kitts, and Nevis.
