OTTAWA -- After only 48 hours of ticket sales, the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015™ has already surpassed 150,000 spectators through the sale of Stadium Passports, Stadium Half Passes, and individual tickets to the Final Match.

"All Canadians have an opportunity to be a part of the FIFA Women's World Cup Canada 2015™ from coast to coast across our country," said Peter Montopoli, Chief Executive Officer for the National Organising Committee.  "There has been terrific momentum leading up to our on-sale date, so it is great to see how Canadians have really embraced the competition through the purchase of Stadium Passports, Stadium Half Passes and tickets to the Final Match."

In this first phase of ticket sales, fans can purchase Stadium Passports or Stadium Half Passes. Stadium Passports include tickets for every match day at a stadium while Stadium Half Passes include a fixed set of tickets for half the matches at the selected stadium. Stadium Passports are available in all six host cities while Stadium Half Passes are available in Vancouver, Edmonton and Montréal.
