NEW YORK – Fourth-round play in CONCACAF qualifying for the 2018 FIFA World Cup concludes Tuesday with two of six Hexagonal berths still be decided.

Honduras (Group A) and the United States (Group C) can advance with draws, while Canada (Group A) and Guatemala (Group C) will need to win, hope that the team directly in front of them loses and that goal difference ultimately points in their favor.
