MIAMI – The 2026 Concacaf U-20 Qualifiers continues with the second round of matches in Groups A, B, and C on Wednesday. 

After round-robin play in the competition, the top team from each group will advance to the 2026 Concacaf U-20 Championship.

Group A 

Belize vs. Grenada

Belize and Grenada meet in Group A at Estadio Miguel Chocorrón Buitrago in Managua, Nicaragua. 

This will be the first time these teams face each other in the U-20 Qualifiers.  

Grenada arrives at its second match after a win against Saint Martin. Ejay George and Narshon Sylvester scored the goals that led to the three points. 

Belize will seek its first win after falling against Suriname. Devin Garbutt and Tyrone Linares found the net in the 7-2 defeat.

Suriname vs. French Guiana

Suriname and French Guiana match wits in Group A at Estadio Miguel Chocorrón Buitrago in Managua, Nicaragua.

Suriname will look to for back-to-back wins after starting its campaign with three points. Xavi Dors was the game changer for his team, scoring four goals.

Xavi Dors of Suriname became the first player from his country to score four goals in his debut match in the Qualifiers since 2009. 

French Guiana will look to bounce back after defeat to El Salvador in its opening match. 

Saint Martin vs. El Salvador 

Saint Martin and El Salvador face off in Group A at Estadio Miguel Chocorrón Buitrago in Managua, Nicaragua. 

Saint Martin kicked with a loss to Grenada. Elie Nkpa did record a goal in the defeat. 

El Salvador won 3-nil against French Guiana to get its first win of the campaign. Johann Ortiz and Luis Tobar were the scorers for La Selecta. 

Luis Tobar of El Salvador scored his first brace in the history of the Qualifiers. It was the 9th brace scored by a Salvadoran player since 2009, and the 4th in a group opening matchday. His teammate Johann Ortiz scored his first goal.

Group B  

Saint Kitts and Nevis vs. Cayman Islands 

Saint Kitts and Nevis and the Cayman Islands face each other in Group B at Stadion Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao.

Saint Kitts and Nevis has an overall record of 2-0-0 against the Cayman Islands, with eight goals in favor and one conceded. Erick Riviere scored for The Sugar Boyz in 2-1 loss to Puerto Rico.

The Cayman Islands will also seek its first three points after falling 2-1 to Turks and Caicos Islands. Ishmael Jones scored the lone goal for the Cayman Islands.

Puerto Rico vs. Bonaire 

Puerto Rico and Bonaire will share the pitch in Group B at Stadion Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao.

Los Boricuas claimed a 2-1 win against Saint Kitts and Nevis. Isaiah Vicentti scored a brace in the encounter.

Isaiah Vicentti of Puerto Rico scored his first two goals in the Qualifiers. It was the 6th brace scored by Puerto Rico, and the 4th in a group opening matchday since 2009.

Bonaire will also seek its first set of three points after failing against Jamaica. 

Turks and Caicos Islands vs. Jamaica 

Turks and Caicos Islands and Jamaica will meet in Group B at Stadion Rignaal ‘Jean’ Francisca in Willemstad, Curaçao.

After a victory against the Cayman Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands will look to claim back-to-back wins. John Robertson and Idelin Gardiner scored in the win. 

Jamaica is coming off a 3-nil win against Bonaire, with Sean Leighton, Deshawn Talbert and Raequan Campbell Dennis the authors of the goals for the Reggae Boyz.

5th consecutive victory for Jamaica in the Qualifiers. It was the 6th win by a 3-0 scoreline, all against Caribbean teams, and the first in a group opening matchday in the Qualifiers.

Jamaica reached 160 goals in the history of the tournament’s preliminary phase, the national team with the most goals scored in this stage, followed by Cuba (151) and Haiti (147).

Win #40 in 48 matches for Jamaica in the history of the Qualifiers. 

Group C  

Antigua and Barbuda vs. British Virgin Islands 

Antigua and Barbuda meets the British Virgin Islands in Group C at the Costa Rica Federation Field #1 in Alajuela, Costa Rica. 

Antigua and Barbuda will look for its second win in a row. A goal by Brandon Satchel was enough to seal a 1-nil victory against Saint Lucia. 

The British Virgin Islands will play its second match in the U-20 Qualifiers after a draw against Dominica. Jaadon Quashie and Rush Broderick were key in the 2-2 draw.

Dominica vs. Dominican Republic 

Dominica and the Dominican Republic face off in Group C at Costa Rica Federation Field #1 in Alajuela, Costa Rica.

This will be the second time these teams face each other, the first time being in 2017 when the Dominican Republic secured a 3-nil win. 

The Dominican Republic will make its debut in the 2026 edition. 

Dominica will play its second match of the competition. The nation took a point from its 2-2 draw with the British Virgin Islands, as Dylan Cline and Nicholas Harve found the back of the net.
